convert old pcad8.7 to gerber and dril format, conversion

i have the format files in .PCB and the said was made from pcad8.7 , got from here http://radiokot.ru/circuit/analog/receiv_transmit/24/ , they said rezonet has made the board, i do contact but no reply

wish someone can help me out to do convert the files. i came from outside russia.

Quite an interesting solution was adopted!
